AI Video Artist

Studio · Remote · Full-time

We make AI video for streaming platforms and global brands. Our work has run on Tubi, Amazon Prime and Shudder, and our campaigns have been made with Kling, ByteDance and Runway. We are hiring artists who live inside the current generation of video models and can turn a brief into finished, cinematic work.

This is a full-time remote role, open worldwide. You will work directly with our directors on client campaigns and our own shows.

What you will do

- Generate shots from a shot list, storyboard or reference frame using current video and image models
- Keep characters, environments, lighting and style consistent across a sequence
- Solve the problems that break AI video: continuity, motion, faces, hands, crowds, physical plausibility
- Build first frames, reference boards and prompt sets that other artists can work from
- Deliver finished, graded, edit-ready shots on schedule, not experiments

Levels

We hire at three levels. Tell us which one you are applying for.

- Entry, $40,000 to $50,000. You have made finished AI video pieces on your own and can show them. You know at least two current video models well. You work from clear direction and ask good questions.
- Mid, $50,000 to $85,000. You take a shot list and deliver the sequence without supervision. You keep a character and a world consistent across a full piece. You know the main models, their strengths and their failure modes, and you pick the right one for the shot.
- Senior, $90,000 to $150,000. You own a piece from brief to delivery: you plan the shots, set the visual language, solve the hard problems without being told how, and you can direct a mid or entry artist. You could have made our best work on your own.

You are the level where the description is true of you today, not where you hope to be in a year.

Compensation: Base salary in USD, $40,000 to $150,000 depending on level, experience and location. We tell you where you sit in the range before the first interview.

- A reel that shows finished AI video work, not tests
- Fluency with current video models (for example Seedance, Kling, Runway, Veo) and at least one image model
- A strong eye for shot composition, motion and edit rhythm
- You deliver on a schedule and you say early when something will not work
- Nice to have: a background in filmmaking, VFX, animation, photography or motion design; ComfyUI or other node-based pipelines; basic colour and sound
